SITE SURVEYS
	The site survey comprises a full radio path trial over the proposed link. This is not a computer generated simulation - it is a physical trial using representative equipment at the exact site where the proposed link is to be installed.
	This provides both us and the customer with the peace of mind that any link, once installed, will be assured to work so long as the recommendations from the survey are followed.
	This face-to-face contact with the customer also allows us to discuss any queries with regard to such issues as : Antenna type Antenna siting and mounting Proposed cable runs Proposed repeater sites I/O count I/O interface considerations Power supply requirements Fail-safety Solar power requirements Enclosure size Future building / landscaping around the site
